My 86 E/W has a Olds 307 in it I plan to get a sbc 350 to build and drop it in.My Trans is a 200 4R I will be getting rid of the ECM . Since the 200 4R won't work like it should without it,I Plan to change it for a TH-350 But I really would like to Keep it or get another OD trans,What would I need to do to keep the OD trans?

Won't a 700-r4 work? I know they have made them without the electronics, you just have to make sure you set up the detent cable correctly.
